   1. From the File Manager, double click setup.exe to install
      the CodeDoctor.

   2. When you load Visual Basic, if CodeDoctor does not automatically
load go to the Addin Manager and select CodeDoctor. Click the
OK button on the Addin Manager. CodeDoctor should load.

Important Note on Use of CodeDoctor:

CodeDoctor makes heavy use of Threed32.ocx, in fact if you don't
have it on your hard drive in the Windows System directory,
CodeDoctor will probably not load. You will probably get a message,
"CodeDoctor could not be loaded...."

The following is a copy of part of a Microsoft ReadMe file from the
VB5 CDROM:

"This directory contains all of the ActiveX Controls that shipped
with Visual Basic 4.0 Professional and Enterprise Editions, which
are no longer shipping with Visual Basic 5.0.

	AniBtn32.ocx
	Gauge32.ocx
	Graph32.ocx
	Gsw32.EXE
	Gswdll32.DLL
	Grid32.ocx
	KeySta32.ocx
	MSOutl32.ocx
	Spin32.ocx
	Threed32.ocx

The \Tools\Controls\BiDi directory contains a Bi-directional version
of Grid32.Ocx.

If you have Visual Basic 4.0 Professional or Enterprise Editions
installed on your machine, you should already have these ActiveX
controls available to you in Visual Basic 5.0."

As you see Threed32.ocx is one of those not "shipped" with VB5.
What this really means (as I see it) is the VB5 Setup program does
not install the controls but they have to be installed manually.
Normally, Threed32.ocx would be on the hard drive from the previous
installation of VB4.

ThreeD32.OCX is located on the VB5 CDROM in the \Tools\Controls
folder and if you do not have it on your system, you will have to
copy it to your \Windows\System folder and then use RegSvr32 to
register it.

CodeDoctor should then load properly.
